Most commercial vehicles require customized solutions. To ensure every unit fully meets customer's specifications, all vehicles are engineered and modified by our engineers before production. We follow a strict build-to-order process, guaranteeing that each vehicle comes directly from the latest production line with the most up-to-date manufacturing date.
In certain cases, we also maintain a limited stock of popular models to meet urgent demand and shorten delivery time.
Yes, we accept custom orders. The MOQ is 1 unit. Our engineer can design vehicles according to your specifications, including configuration and optional features.
Our vehicles are produced in standard factories with ISO, CCC, and BV certifications. Every unit undergoes rigorous inspections and testing to ensure reliability, durability, and compliance with international standards. Before shipment, we will provide the official chassis number along with detailed photos and videos, so you can verify the vehicle’s condition. This transparency ensures that the delivered product matches your expectations.
Accepted Delivery Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, EXW, FCA, etc;
Accepted Payment Currency: USD, EUR, CNY, HKD, etc;
Accepted Payment Type: T/T, Cash, etc;

Typically, we prefer T/T 30% as the deposit, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. Photos, videos, and chassis numbers will be provided to you before shipment. If you want to cooperate in other ways, please contact our service staff for communication.
Production timeline varies based on the specific model and configuration ordered. After finalizing your order specifications, we will provide a precise schedule. As a general reference, production for standard models typically takes 30 to 45 days.
Following production, the shipping time is determined by the destination country. We will manage the process diligently and keep you informed at every stage.
Our warranty covers the four major components against non-artificial defects. To make a claim, customers need to provide photo and video evidence, and we will supply the required replacement parts free of charge, with the customer covering the shipping costs. Our team will provide full assistance throughout any after-sales process.
In addition, we provide global after-sales support:
①Technical assistance and troubleshooting guidance;
②Repair support and spare parts supply - If parts are unavailable locally, we can supply genuine components from the factory at cost;
③Training and technical documentation to help you better operate and maintain your vehicles.
Customs duties and clearance fees are determined solely by the import regulations and tariff policies of your country. We recommend consulting a licensed customs broker in your region for an accurate estimate. We will provide all required documentation to support the customs clearance process.
Shipping methods include container, Ro-Ro ship and bulk carrier according to the size of the products.
All shipments are covered under comprehensive insurance policies. Upon delivery, you are strongly advised to conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle. Any damage incurred during transit must be reported immediately. Our team will provide full support in managing and resolving any such issues with the insurance provider.
